Real Estate

Mr. Berg handles all types of real estate transactions, including the buying, selling, financing, and refinancing of residential and commercial real estate.  He is experienced and regularly assists builders and developers create new subdivision, including platting, and creating restrictive covenants to suit the developers vision of their new community.  Mr. Berg is assisted by his real estate paralegal, Debra C. Teague.  Ms. Teague is a North Carolina Certified Paralegal, with over 25 years of experience.
